Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,
The World is dealing with an issue of massive scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
During this time, we believe it is our role and responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our Staff and Clients, while also having a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work towards containment. Moving forward, we will strive to make all decisions with attentiveness and courage as informed by the latest science-based information and guided by our core Firm Values.
While we are absorbing the news and policies enacted day by day, we wanted to take the time to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the current actions that FSI Architecture, PC is taking to mitigate the spread of the virus as well as to support the health and well-being of our Staff, Clients, and the Community:
Effective immediately, we are implementing a remote working policy and ensuring that business can carry on as usual. Each of our employees will be accessible via email and we will ensure that each staff member will have the necessary resources so as to not cause a disruption to our work.
We have increased the cleaning and sanitizing procedures of our office and practice. We have eliminated mass transit from our daily routines and will not access the office or a site via public transportation.
We are working with each of our Clients and colleagues on a Project-by-Project basis to ensure that work only proceeds if it is in best interest and safety of all parties.
We will strive to maintain communication as our highest priority to ensure that our Clients are cared for in this time of confusion.
At this time, our Administrative Assistant is still prepared to direct your calls to the appropriate contact and provide answers to any business-related questions that you may have.
As a last resort, we will close our offices if we feel it is in the best interest of our Staff, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities.
We appreciate your understanding at this time as your expectations may differ as we navigate this difficult and confusing time together; however, we will strive to deliver results that meet FSI’s standards as well as what you have come to expect of us. While we are currently maintaining our regular office hours and Professional Practice, our comprehensive staff of Architects, Engineers, and Administrators are prepared to adjust and accommodate which will allow for us to provide the level of service that you have come to expect from FSI to the best of our current abilities.
Thank you for being a loyal Client and/or Friend. As we traverse through the coming days, we intend to remain transparent and assist you with anything that you may need. We will continue to lean into our strengths that we have developed over our last thirty years as a firm now more than ever, as we endeavor to understand the history of Buildings, adapt them for their current needs, and plan for the future.
