Laundry Service is a full-service marketing agency with their headquarters located in the heart of Chelsea.  FSI designed and managed the renovation of their full floor 7,000 square foot space.  Glass offices are located in the center allowing maximum natural light to penetrate from both facades.  The space has an open-plan layout to allow departments to overlap in communal areas, including the ‘Pods’, open kitchen and mini meeting rooms that utilize couches in lieu of conference tables.  Décor and furniture are modern and minimalist with a black + white color scheme with accents of raw Oriented Strand Board.  FSI implemented dropped sound isolation panels with integrated recessed light fixtures to provide direct light and mitigate noise in order to provide a private intimate office aesthetic.
