Originally built in 1962, FSI fully renovated the exterior and interiors of the property in 2014. The exterior was wrapped with ZIP System R-Sheathing to seal and insulate the building envelope, while the inside was upgraded with all new plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling and a propane tank for stove/range. 

FSI also designed and fully renovated the kitchen, breakfast nook and enlarged the dining room.
